About consense communications - PR agency in Munich

Is digitalisation changing your customer relationships and sales paths? Are you growing, adapting your processes, opening up new markets? Are you finding that internationalisation is bringing new opportunities – and more competition? Whether it is digital transformation, growth or internationalisation: changes are our speciality. We develop the approach that suits your situation – and implement it for you, both within your company and externally.

15 years of experience in advising small to medium-sized firms have gone into shaping our approach to consultancy: we think like engineers – and love complex topics. We act like heads of controlling –always keeping the objective front-of-mind in all that we do. And we also perceive our role as that of relationship managers – because communication is always about people. What all this means for you is that your budget is in good hands with us. We absolutely find a way that works for you and your company.

Our promise of quality

consense has been an active member of GPRA for many years. All GPRA members are united by the claim to quality leadership in the interest of their clients and employees. As a member agency, we meet strict admission criteria and have committed ourselves to high quality standards, which are reviewed every two years. In addition to proving themselves in the market, professional competencies for strategic communications and public relations as well as high-quality implementation, strategic human resource management and standards in process management and performance monitoring are of central importance.

Since 2020, we have also been certified according to the internationally recognized Consultancy Management Standard III (CMS III). CMS III is a quality management system that has been explicitly adapted to the requirements of communications agencies by the international communications industry association ICCO. Following a successful certification process by independent auditors, the seal of approval certifies that the agencies have aligned their working methods to a high level of quality management in a total of eight process areas and comply with international standards. These include quality criteria in areas such as project management, data security, resource and emergency planning, finance and human resources, and customer satisfaction.
