Successfully implementing a new compensation model

RUAG Aerospace is a certified maintenance, production, and development organization for civil and military aircraft.

RUAG Aerospace introduced a new performance-based compensation model. We designed an integrated, target group–specific communication campaign with a master story, key messages, and Q&As – focused, clear, and dialogue-driven. Through cascade communication, content was delivered in various formats – from posters and flyers to employee letters and a presentation for the staff assembly. Implementation was completed within just two months.
